Em assembleia, Sinpro-JF informa retomada do pagamento do adicional por reunião pedagógica

Reunidos em assembleia na tarde de ontem (13/4), os trabalhadores da Rede Municipal de Ensino conheceram o relato, com detalhamento, do processo de negociação da Campanha Salarial 2021 que está em curso.

Confira alguns dos principais pontos abordados no encontro e participe das próximas assembleias para se manter informado e mobilizado.

RETOMADA DO PAGAMENTO DA REUNIÃO PEDAGÓGICA É RECONHECIMENTO DO TRABALHO

O sindicato informou que a prefeitura se comprometeu a retomar o pagamento do adicional por reunião pedagógica que havia sido suspenso desde que o trabalho passou a ser realizado de forma remota em função da pandemia. Desde então, o sindicato vinha lutando para que essa injustiça fosse corrigida.

“Essa é uma vitória do sindicato e da nossa categoria que lutou pelo reconhecimento do seu direito, principalmente nesse período em que o trabalho remoto intensificou as atividades exercidas pelos profissionais, muitas vezes, extrapolando até mesmo a sua jornada”, explicou Lúcia Lacerda, coordenadora geral do sindicato.

AVANÇO DO CONCURSO PÚBLICO

Há mais de dez anos, o município de Juiz de Fora não realiza concurso público para educação. As consequências do período de negligência foram exaustivamente denunciadas pelo sindicato.

A abertura de concurso, COM A MANUTENÇÃO DO QUADRO DE CARREIRA, foi uma das bandeiras centrais da luta do Magistério ao longo desse tempo.

No dia 17 de março, a Administração anunciou o edital para a licitação da empresa que organizará o concurso na cidade.

Além do avanço, um pleito antigo da categoria foi conquistado com a oferta de vagas para as modalidades de licenciatura em Teatro, Música, Dança, Artes Visuais e Libras.

Contudo, como sempre foi realizado em certames anteriores, o Sinpro-JF fará o levantamento das vagas a serem preenchidas pelo concurso.

Para isso, DURANTE A ASSEMBLEIA, o sindicato REFORÇOU a importância da participação das escolas no envio das informações solicitadas pelo Sinpro-JF, por e-mail, referente às vagas disponíveis.

NEGOCIAÇÕES SEGUEM EM CALENDÁRIO REGULAR DE REUNIÕES

O sindicato informou que as discussões sobre todas as reivindicações dos educadores, contidas na pauta aprovada em assembleia o final do ano passado, terão continuidade em calendário regular de reuniões com a Administração. Uma delas trata dos critérios de contratação de profissionais temporários para o ano letivo de 2022.

Além disso, o sindicato relatou que já foram iniciadas as discussões acerca do processo de eleição para as direções escolares.

DELIBERAÇÃO DA ASSEMBLEIA

A categoria deliberou pela confecção de documento, a ser entregue à Mesa Diretora e ao presidente da Câmara Municipal, solicitando que não seja pautado o projeto de lei que tem como consequência o retorno imediato das aulas presenciais, desconsiderando o contexto epidemiológico local e qualquer agravamento da pandemia de Covid-19, sob o argumento de que a educação é “atividade essencial”. De acordo com os profissionais, o controle da transmissão viral, assim como o avanço da vacinação e a adoção de protocolos sanitários rígidos, são condições mínimas para o retorno das aulas presenciais.

O sindicato também relatou a sua participação, realizando a defesa contundente de que o retorno das aulas presenciais só é possível com segurança sanitária, no Grupo de Trabalho organizado pela prefeitura para o debate da biossegurança nas escolas.

O Sinpro-JF também destacou a importância da criação de diretrizes para o trabalho remoto dos educadores, resguardando, por exemplo, o respeito à jornada de trabalho, que vem sendo frequentemente extrapolada.
